In his 1996 article (https://dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=249110), John
Gough describes MBURG being available at ftp.fit.qut.edu.au. The site
is long gone but has the source survived?

Does anyone know if the mburg source still exists?

John monitors the Yahoo Group for Gardens Point Component Pascal so you could ask you question there. Alternatively, there's a link to email him directly on his Software Automata website:
