Does zonnon require visual studio?

What does it mean that zonnon integrates w/ Visual Studio.

I would not be posting here if I wanted to learn C.

You can use the stabdard Visual Studio editing, project admin facilities
etc. It just makes it easier to integrate Zonnon code with the other
languages supported by Visual Studio e.g. Delphi Prism, C#, VB.NET etc.

I'd be surprised if anybody these days *wanted* to learn C ;-)

Did you think that Visual Studio is a C development system? It used to be
but hasn't been for ages - at least seven years perhaps? However, C++ is
still supported which I guess efectively means that those who are that way
inclined can still program in C. Hard to understand why anybody in their
right mind would want to when they are so many better alternatives.

BTW there is a discussion group where you'll find the Zonnon experts in the
Oberon Community Platform:
