Does anyone read this FAQ anymore, given that it has not been updated
for over a year? (A bit ironic coming right after the GNU Modula-2
announcement.)

Modula-2 Frequently Asked Questions
The latest version is available at
http://www.arjay.bc.ca/Modula-2/m2faq.html
It will no longer be posted in its entirety to Usenet.
To answer your question: I do not read it because I read it. I think
there is a lot of useful information contained in the document.
But of course, who reads the FAQs for programming languages anymore?
They were a starting point in the days of Usenet, now people use other
protocols (mainly http) to get information about languages they are
interested in.
I think it would be a good idea to transfer the FAQ to a protected
Wiki-system. There are some people interested in Modula-2 which could
take care of such a page - and the maintainer would no longer have to
worry about outdated content. Of course, we need a server and some
people willing to contribute but as far as I know the growing Modula-2
community I don't think we cannot do this.
What do you think about it? And did you mail your complaint to the
maintainer?
