Anyone knows a good free or open source Modula-2 compiler for a 64 bit PC running Windows 10?

ADW Modula-2 seems to support 64 bit but not for x86 PCs... :(

Look no further: there aren't any. Modula-2 is no more. It ceased to be. It is a magnificent language. But it was sacrificed/abandoned in favor of Oberon.

If you want an Oberon compiler for Windows, use http://spivey.oriel.ox.ac.uk/corner/Installing_OBC_release_3.0#Windows_systems It's the colsest you will get to Modula-2

I can only download 2.9.7 at this point. 3.0.0 can't be found.

I had hopes it would have been ready by now... 2.9.7 is also very mature.

It's out. I haven't tested it yet (still have 2.9.7), but it does download
now (3.0.2), so that's good! :-)

Also, in more M2-specific news, according to http://freepages.modula2.org/ ,
ADW 1.7 (Sep. 2016) is now available, as is an XDS M2/O2 Eclipse-based IDE
for Windows (July 2016).

You got me confused. When did ADW ever support anything other than x86?

I haven't tried the other platforms but in the readme file there are many references to them. e.g.

*************** Build 58, ??? 2007 ***************
Windows X64/AMD64 implemented.
*************** Build 55, Febuary 23 2007 ***************
AMD64, X86-64, support is now implemented for Linux.
Bugfix for sparc floating point divide by zero checking code.
*************** Build 54, Jan 3 2006 ***************
Bugfix for 64-bit ELF fixup output.
Bugfix for SPARC code generation.
*************** Build 53, 2006 ***************
64-bit Linux PPC supported.
*************** Build 52, August 24 2006 ***************
The linker and environment now default the AIX “max data” linker option to 2GB.
Bugfix for cross linking ELF (Linux, SunOS)
*************** Build 48, July 6 2006 ***************
Bugfix for AIX PPC compiler

etc. etc.
