Hi,

does anybody know what happened to ftp.psg.com? And is there a way to make the Modula-2 directory available again?

Regards,
Christoph

Hi,
does anybody know what happened to ftp.psg.com?
It no longer seems to accept anonymous login:

% ftp ftp.psg.com
Connected to psg.com.
220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] ----------
220-Local time is now 15:47. Server port: 21.
220-This is a private system - No anonymous login
220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.

I tried giving them my name and email address but no access.

The homepage at http://psg.com/ claims that it is still maintained by
Randy Bush (with his email address).

He seems to have restored anonymous login but the gpm directory is gone.

An alternative site for the gpm directory is:

ftp://ftp.fernuni-hagen.de/pub/fachb/inf/pri3/k1585/gpm/

Did you mean ftp://ftp.psg.com - not http://ftp.psg.com? I just tried it and it is working OK.

Chris
