This is incorrect. On the FAQ itself it says:

"What is new in version 2.38 (2012 07 25)?"

Also, the section on GPM should have included the following:

1. John Gough released (partial) source to the GPM compiler on
http://gpmclr.codeplex.com/ . The compiler produces dot-Net code but
enough is there to produce M-code. (My understanding is that other
back-ends are not released for copyright reasons.)

2. A Solaris/sparc version is still available on the PLAS site but it
will not run under Solaris 10 and later. (My understanding is that the
compiler generates non-standard floating point code and that later
Solaris versions check this.)
